I help documentarians, culture workers and curators and deliver exceptional art/literary-focused project results by managing tasks from ideation until delivery. Across the many projects I have worked on, I am known for excelling at (1) funder-stakeholder correspondence management (2) itinerary planning (3) logistics and vendor management (4) administrative support and (5) report drafting.

Some of my work experiences are listed below.

Director, Dreaming of a Bright Classroom (Exhibition & Short Film)

  1. I conceptualised and directed a three-part art exhibition for The Education Development Circle’s Festival of Change (2024 & 2025). I directed, produced and oversaw the creation of a short film, a live painting session and an art exhibition.
  2. The 16-minute long docufilm, Dreaming of a Bright Classroom, showcased the opinions of Nigerian children about the state of their classrooms; it showed at an intimate pre-festival screening to an enthusiastic audience who had great feedback to share.
  3. I designed an interactive collage exhibition at the festival and directed Nigerian illustrator Jesudara Hinmikaiye who showcased a live painting session at the exhibition. Both the interactive collage exhibition and live-painting session were viewed by the 50+ participants.

Production Assistant, END Fund’s Reaching the Last Mile Documentary Production (Akure, 2022)

The END Fund is an international nonprofit organisation working to cure and prevent the spread of neglected tropical diseases (NTDs) for over 1.6B people worldwide. In 2022, they launched a storytelling series to cover the performance and impact of their multi-donor initiative, Reaching the Last Mile, aimed at eliminating river blindness and lymphatic filariasis in Africa and Yemen.

As a freelance reporter and production assistant, I:

  1. Assisted the director Omoregie Osakpolor with budgeting, participant liaison, fieldwork logistics, and project documentation and reporting.
  2. conducted 9 in-person interviews with frontline health workers and staff of MITOSATH in Akure, Odo Irele and Ile Oluji communities of Ondo State.
